How I build

Ship fast, in public
Build, test, break, fix, ship again. Daily build-in-public content on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube. Do it manually first to learn what converts, then hand the winning pattern to an agent.
- 02
Own the infrastructure
WarmFlow (self-hosted cold email at ~92% parity with Instantly) and Hermes, a VPS-hosted personal agent wired into Discord, Plane, Postiz and Gmail, run the boring parts of the business.

Pick products by first principles
Fastest path to the first $1K MRR, proven demand with weak incumbents, nobody's built it yet, and it rides a current wave. One core job, a hero section that sells alone, priced above competitors.
